1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order at:

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused
Be in their original condition
Be returned in their original packaging
Not show any signs of use, damage or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
Hair care products
Cosmetic or beauty products
Personal hygiene products
The following items are also non-refundable:
Custom-made or personalized products
Gift cards
Jewelry or art pieces showing visible signs of use

4. Return Shipping Costs
​
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transport.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
7. Exchanges are not accepted. Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection law and Belgian legislation.
